Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
At Hyper Mart, we strive to deliver a smooth, transparent, and reliable shopping experience. This policy explains the conditions under which products purchased through the Hyper Mart platform may be cancelled, returned, replaced, or refunded.
1. Returns & Replacements
1.1 Are Products Returnable?
All products available on Hyper Mart are non-returnable unless explicitly approved by our customer support team under exceptional circumstances.
1.2 Eligible / Non-Eligible Items
- All items are non-returnable and non-replaceable unless stated.
- Orders once confirmed and shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Digital products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Delivery of digital products is considered complete once access details, codes, or vouchers are issued.
Hyper Mart is not responsible for third-party service failures, redemption issues, expired codes, or vendor platform errors.
1.3 Exceptions (Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items)
Hyper Mart may review replacement or refund requests if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- An incorrect product was delivered
- The product has missing components
- The seal is broken or leaking
- The package is empty or tampered with
1.4 Mandatory Proof Requirement
To raise a claim for damaged or incorrect delivery:
- A clear unboxing video of the sealed package is required
- The shipping label must be visible in the video
- Clear photos of the product and packaging must be submitted
Without valid video evidence of the unopened package, no return, replacement, or refund request will be processed.
1.5 Replacement Requests
Replacements are generally not permitted but may be considered for verified defective or incorrect deliveries subject to stock availability.
1.6 Expired Request Window
Requests raised after the allowed reporting period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
1.7 Electronic Products
If an electronic product is approved for return, customers must delete all personal data before returning the device.
1.8 Quality-Based Returns
Returns or refunds are not allowed for subjective reasons such as dissatisfaction with product appearance or preference.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Digital products cannot be cancelled after purchase.
Hyper Mart reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, technical issues, or suspected fraud.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be issued only as Shopping Credits in the user’s Hyper Mart wallet.
Monetary refunds to bank accounts, cards, or UPI will not be issued unless required by law.
3.2 Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will typically be processed within seven (7) working days.
3.3 Conditions for Refund Approval
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and accessories must be intact
- Product must match the delivered item
Refund requests may be rejected if items are altered, used, damaged, or if the claim is fraudulent.
3.4 Refund Failure or Delay
If an approved refund is not reflected within the expected timeline, users may contact Hyper Mart support for assistance.
4. Limitation of Liability
Hyper Mart’s liability is limited strictly to the value of the purchased product. Hyper Mart shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage or service delays.
5. Policy Modifications
Hyper Mart reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
